All data is processed and stored within your chosen Azure region. Canadian clients default to Canada Central / Canada East. Other regions available on request. This ensures full PIPEDA compliance and Canadian data residency requirements are met.
Are calls recorded?
Call recordings and transcripts are available as an optional feature. If enabled, you control retention policies and access. All recordings are encrypted at rest and accessible only through your Cloudesy dashboard.
